Guided by awareness and perception, I love thinking of meaningful ways to engage the world around me. As my faith in God has deepened, creativity has become less about expression alone and more about giving to the world around me. That shift led me into many years in choir, theater shows, live sound, and technical work – both onstage and behind the scenes.
Going into university, I continued in these creative outlets, specifically in music and tech. Through live audio and production, I’ve found a way to serve people by removing distractions and barriers so others can fully step into a moment.
I am currently training as a live audio engineer and have taken part in dozens of university and church events. As a musician, I’ve participated in choirs and choral projects that have received national recognition. Yet what has shaped me most has been service; especially through travel and mission trips that humbled me and transformed my understanding of joy, gratitude, and generosity.
My biggest hope is to make people feel seen, whether through my own creativity or helping others bring theirs to life. I try to live this out through daily consistency and intentionality in the small things, specifically day to day interactions with people around me. Having been in a season of life where I’ve felt unnoticed, I now try to be present in ways that make people feel grounded, welcomed, and seen.
